Subsonic Eye Wants To Live In The Skyrim Universe

The words ‘dream’ and ‘angst’ aren’t often paired up, but one would be surprised to see (or hear, rather) how perfectly they go together after listening to the whimsical music of Subsonic Eye, accompanied by cryptic lyrics laced with distress.

Describing themselves as an “alternative dream pop band”, Subsonic Eye made their debut in July last year with their song titled ‘I wish I was floating Instead‘. The band consists of synthesizer and vocalist, Wahidah, guitarists, Daniel and Bo, bassist, Spencer, and drummer, Lucas.

As our Artiste of the Week, we asked Subsonic Eye some random questions so we can get to know them better.

  1. If you could live in a book, TV show, movie, or game; which would it be?

I would love to live in the Skyrim universe and just do quests or explore the world all day… instead of just lazing around at home like now…..

  1. What animal best represents you and why?

Definitely a sloth… by far the chillest beast…

  1. How would you spend a billion dollars?

I’m not a coffee snob but I would buy the most expensive coffee machine and the most expensive coffee beans in the world, except that cat poop coffee that’s just nasty. Repeat process of buying coffee beans until I’m out of money.

  1. What would be your “Perfect” day?

Waking up to pouring rain outside, and then just as I leave the house the rain stops but there’s still that cold breeze. Daaaamn.

  1. If you could have one superpower, what would it be and how would you use it?

Really fast self-healing like Wolverine. First thing I would do is start smoking again so I can look cool without the health consequences.
