Jesse Ruben and Kyle Patrick, best known from The click 5, came down to the heatwave studio to have a chat with us. Kyle Patrick now manager to Jesse Ruben joined us to find out more about Jesse and his musical journey. Jesse shared with us his struggle of when he battled with Lyme disease that put his career in jeopardy. He wrote a song entitled  “We Can” and started the “We Can Project” A service learning initiative that inspires and profoundly connects students of all ages to the difference they can make in their lives, their communities, and in the world. Through the interview, we could tell that Jesse is full of life and is such an inspiration. The duo even performed Jesse's song “this is why I need you” that almost moved us to tears ( we now have that song on repeat in the conty). Our Social Media Manager also got a Birthday treat, being a fan of the Click 5 as a kid,  as we all got to see Kyle and Jesse live in concert at Kilo lounge later that night. It was a performance we will never be able to forget, I think the chorus of “jenny” is still ringing in my ears.
